Sanitation Leader

Responsible for all sanitation activities throughout the unit; Ensure team training and commitment; Ensure microbiological quality of finished products, and effective sanitation across all departments; Coordinate sanitation activities in production departments, Ensure microbiological quality of finished products, and effective sanitation across all departments; Work together with department supervisors to monitor personal hygiene, surface cleaning, equipment and other sanitation practices; Ensure microbiological quality of finished products, and effective sanitation across all departments; Conduct internal audits on Sanitation, GMP and 5S; Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements. Monitor sanitation processes and routines in production departments, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures; Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements. Document and Process Management: Develop and update manuals, standard operating procedures, specifications and sanitation records to improve processes, as well as monitor their implementation; Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements. Follow up and train staff to enhance sanitation routines, GMP and the use of chemicals in sanitation processes; Conduct integration and refresher training on sanitation, operating procedures, chemical handling and the 5S program for employees. Ensure operational team competence. Monitor sanitation quality indicators: environmental microbiological results, equipment swabs, rinse water, first sample, finished product and water used in production departments; Ensure safe, contamination-free products; Sign, monitor and ensure proper completion of sanitation records; Ensure legal compliance and process traceability; Monitor GMP action plans, PPHO, 5S and others; Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements. Propose improvements in sanitation (chemicals, processes, etc.) through testing and follow-up; Ensure smooth production operations, business profitability and product quality; Participate in quality, HACCP and operational meetings; Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements.
