Job Summary: We are seeking a cybersecurity expert with leadership and decision-making capabilities, able to coordinate technological implementations and manage technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of cybersecurity technology implementations. **Job Description** Knowledge of implementation and support for cybersecurity infrastructure and applications, such as: Cyberark, Netscout, etc. SIEM (Splunk), ZABBIX, The Hive, etc. Authentication systems (MFA, SSO, IAM), HPE servers, CISCO Networking * Management of technical personnel under supervision * Ability to create diagrams and document solutions * Day-to-day decision-making capability * Technical problem analysis capability * Risk and priority assessment capability to align client requirements with operations * Prior experience coordinating cybersecurity technology implementations * Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI, etc. * Ability to translate technical issues into terms understandable by management **Qualifications** Collaborate with network, systems, and cloud teams to ensure proper solution integration. . Ensure adherence to best practices (Zero Trust, segmentation, encryption, hardening). . Ensure understanding of solutions and compliance with project lifecycles and support contracts. . Monitor and ensure customer process compliance within required timelines and formats. . Team development . Provide technical support to the team for proper performance of their duties . Support Management team needs to ensure optimal performance of the Logicalis team . Resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues . Handle support tickets, calls, emails, or chats, including escalations when required . Document solutions and procedures to improve team performance . Perform equipment and software maintenance planning (updates, patches, physical cleaning, etc.) . Maintain infrastructure inventory and control . Ability to communicate with clients and attend technical sessions
