Supporting production targets and organizing the workstation **MANUFACTURING OPERATOR** **Exclusive for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform production line activities, ensuring products are manufactured according to the company's quality and safety standards. Key duties include assembling components, operating machines and equipment, supplying materials to the production line, conducting visual inspections to verify the quality of produced parts, and monitoring the production process. Also responsible for organizing and cleaning the workstation in compliance with safety regulations, and providing support to other production activities whenever necessary to help achieve factory targets. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** **Compensation:** R$ 2\.547,00\. **Benefits:** chartered transportation (subject to location), on-site meals, meal allowance of R$ 600.00, health insurance with co-payment, life insurance, Gympass access, Profit Sharing and Results Program (PLR), extended maternity leave of 6 months, paternity leave of 30 days, and childcare assistance. **SCHEDULE AND LOCATION** Monday to Friday. **1st shift:** 6:18 AM to 4:18 PM\. **2nd shift:** 4:33 PM to 2:33 AM\. **Location:** Curitiba \| PR. **REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education.
