Job Summary: The Quality Inspector inspects products, parts, and assemblies to ensure compliance with technical standards and records results for fault prevention and correction. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of inspection reports * Position: Quality Inspector * Salary: R$ 2.300,00 – 2.400,00 * Location: Emiliano Perneta, Pinhais/PR * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00–17:00; Friday 07:00–16:00 * Employment type: CLT / Permanent Requirements: * Mandatory: Completed High School / Vocational Training in Quality/Mechanics/Production * Preferred: Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and measuring instruments Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: R$ 340.00 * On-site lunch (with R$ 4.03 daily deduction). * Life insurance – no employee contribution. * MedMe – Nissei Pharmacy discount. * Health care services * Medication purchase subsidy * Dental plan Responsibilities: · Inspect finished or in-process products, parts, assemblies, and other components, verifying dimensions, functionality, and other characteristics using measuring instruments, templates, and other methods to confirm compliance with technical, functional, and aesthetic standards. · Autonomy to approve product quality. · Report inspection results to management to develop preventive and corrective action plans. · Read diagrams and instructions to understand quality expectations for the product. · Approve or reject raw materials against quality standards and record supplier performance. · Select production samples and verify them using appropriate methods. · Maintain test records, data, and various metrics, such as number of defective products, etc. · Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Manager. · Monitor equipment usage to ensure proper maintenance and discard any equipment failing to meet requirements.
