Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** \*\*Project Responsibilities:\*\* \- Develop and implement engineering projects at conceptual, basic, and execution levels for port terminal activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, technical standards, occupational safety, and environmental regulations \- Plan, supervise, and execute mechanical and infrastructure projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards * Conduct preliminary technical studies and feasibility analyses to support production areas and ensure optimal resource utilization \- Monitor and technically approve third-party project development, reviewing engineering documents and clarifying technical aspects across all project phases \- Coordinate multifunctional teams (Operations, PMO, Procurement, Implementation, Health & Safety, Environment) to ensure smooth project execution aligned with cost, quality, and timeline targets * Manage multidisciplinary outsourced contractor teams, fostering an environment of challenge, opportunity, and recognition \- Identify and implement cost-effective technical solutions and innovative technologies to optimize project quality, timelines, and implementation costs \- Manage contracts under your responsibility per company requirements, providing technical and commercial support during procurement \- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, technical files, and project memory across all phases * Collaborate with clients to define scope, requirements, and objectives; communicate project status to all internal and external stakeholders \- Monitor budget execution and project progress, analyzing risks and opportunities while conducting quality assurance testing \- Participate in project closure activities, including lessons-learned documentation and final reporting \- Support technical and economic feasibility studies and prepare scope statements for new projects \- Perform all functions in compliance with company safety regulations and professional standards **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering A postgraduate degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred. **Additional Information** Experience in engineering projects; Experience in port facility operations (or similar). **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
