We currently have this position open at FAN Postos, our fuel-sector company. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Greet customers courteously and proactively, identifying their fueling needs and other service requirements. * Fuel vehicles with the type and quantity of fuel requested, operating the pump safely and accurately. * Actively promote and offer additional products/services and complimentary offerings, such as additive fuels, lubricants, tire pressure checks, and windshield cleaning. * Perform product measurements and analyses upon customer request. * Operate the card payment terminal (POS) and process payments correctly and attentively. * Keep the fueling area, pumps, and equipment consistently clean and organized, ensuring a safe and pleasant work environment. * Strictly adhere to all company-established safety procedures (NR-20) to prevent accidents. * Immediately report any equipment malfunctions, fuel spills, or hazardous situations to the Fueling Area Supervisor. * Check engine oil and coolant levels upon customer request, providing advisory support. * Actively participate in training sessions on new products, sales techniques, and safety procedures. * Attend station manager meetings when requested. * Verify fueling and inventory levels of products available at the fueling area. * Complete the shift-end report (product control). * Strive to achieve sales targets. * Support team members to ensure efficiency and quality of service across the entire fueling area. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. **Company:** FAN Postos **Location:** Pau dos Ferros/RN
