If you have technical expertise in departmental routines and seek a professional environment focused on excellence, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Full management of payroll processing routines. * Timekeeping control and payroll closing. * Hiring, termination, and vacation control processes. * Tax calculation and reporting (FGTS and DCTF Web). * Interpretation and application of Collective Bargaining Agreements. * Submission of ancillary obligations (DIRF). **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years working in Payroll Department. * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the Domínio system (mandatory). * Competencies: Proactive, dynamic profile with excellent communication skills. **Position Details:** * Work Model: On-site. * Location: Osasco – SP (Central Region). * Employment Type: CLT. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. * Salary: R$ 4.000,00. * Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Health Insurance (50% covered by the company).
