Collections Assistant | Accounts Receivable – Customers

**Job Description** We are looking for a **Collections Assistant** to monitor the issuance, sending, and receipt of collection letters. Conduct audits of collections and other departmental processes. Monitor cancellation requests and route them to retention queues. Additionally, perform assessments and provide support in strategic analysis regarding collections and customer retention.
