Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to provide customer service, technical support, on-site problem analysis and resolution, and interpretation of refrigeration projects. Interpretation of refrigeration projects and schematics We are looking for a Refrigeration Technician to join our team. Key responsibilities include: a) Customer service, answering inquiries, and providing technical consultations; b) Functional versatility and support for internal and external services; c) Operation of after-sales service registration platforms such as NEO, Produtivo, Espresso, among others; d) Assistance in identifying, verifying infrastructure, and accrediting authorized service networks; e) Project handover: coordinated action with local technical assistance and installation managers; f) Analysis of issues related to system operation and generation of alternative solutions; g) Direct on-site problem resolution; h) Analysis and validation of parts warranty claims; i) Interpretation of execution projects, layouts, piping routes, pipe diameters, and refrigeration system components; j) Interpretation of electrical schematics and equipment flowcharts. Requirements: Technical course in Refrigeration, Mechanics, or Electrical Engineering; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to travel; Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with platforms NEO, Produtivo, and Espresso; Experience in report writing.
