Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and supervising field technicians' activities and service progress, performing analysis of operating systems. Key Highlights: 1. Field technical activity monitoring 2. Analysis of alarm/maintenance operating systems 3. Team productivity and performance tracking KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor field technicians' service delivery activities, including defect complaints and pending service requests Supervise field technicians' service progress, as well as guide technicians on timing, priorities, and service quality Track and intervene in executed services, daily productivity, team performance, and quality metrics.
