Recognized as one of Brazil’s Best NGOs, we stand out for transparency, compliance, and recognition by Great Place to Work (GPTW), which certifies us as one of the best workplaces in Paraná and among the top 15 third-sector institutions nationwide. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** · Establish, create, develop, and promote supply and asset management guidelines. · Support corporate decision-making related to market best practices. · Coordinate departments by establishing policies and routines aligned with organizational needs and senior leadership directives. · Plan procurements and manage inventories to ensure adequate supply for organizational needs. · Coordinate the organization’s supply portfolio, ensuring transparency in processes and negotiations. · Develop and implement efficient supply and inventory management strategies. · Analyze and calculate procurement costs and suggest methods to reduce expenses. · Assess risks and apply risk minimization techniques. · Encourage and mobilize the organization to reinforce a culture of economy and appreciation of available resources. · Organize, evaluate, and monitor supply and asset indicators. · Monitor action plans and process improvement records. · Assess risks and apply techniques to minimize impact. · Manage the team under your responsibility, supporting task execution and leveraging available means to maintain team engagement with the organization’s culture. · Monitor assets acquired through project-funded resources. · Oversee supplier negotiations and execute service and material contracts in accordance with organizational rules and procedures, securing optimal commercial and legal terms. · Maintain control over the distribution of the organization’s consumable materials. · Monitor and validate warehouse inventory. · Maintain control over all organizational expenditures and direct purchase orders according to available funding from operational budgets and/or projects. · Monitor implementation of approved projects to ensure timely completion. · Track outsourced projects currently underway. · Keep team members informed of directives from management to ensure smooth communication flow. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** · Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. · Prior experience in team management, procurement, contracts, inventory, and performance indicators. · Experience with the Tasy system is a plus. **WORK HOURS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** · CLT employment contract – salary negotiable; · On-site work at Campo Comprido neighborhood, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; · Multi-Benefit Card: BRL 555.00; · Pharmacy Benefit; · Birthday Day Off; · WellHub (Gym Pass); · Transportation Allowance or free parking for those opting to use their car; · On-site meals; · Study incentive. *This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities — The Pequeno Cotolengo Health Complex is an equal opportunity employer.
