Collaboration in multidisciplinary projects Description: Academic Qualifications Minimum education level: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; Preferred education level: Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; Mandatory Competencies * Knowledge of Lean; * Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams; * Proactivity and curiosity to learn; * Mindset of continuous improvement and analytical thinking. Desirable Competencies * Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher); * Process and workflow mapping methodologies; * Process optimization; * Quality tools (PDCA, DMAIC, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto); * Agile methodologies; * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Identifying opportunities for productivity improvement and cost reduction; * Performing activities related to 5S, Improvement Groups, Routine Management (RDG), Visual Management; * Developing, updating, and interpreting performance reports and indicators (KPIs); * Executing process improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, safety, and operational quality; * Building project business cases, considering resource requirements, feasibility, and expected impacts; * Supporting pilot execution and solution validation testing; * Developing and analyzing dashboards (Power BI) and apps (Power Apps); * Assisting in process standardization and document development/review; * Supporting data analysis (descriptive analysis, bottleneck identification, root cause investigation); * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to execute Improvement projects; * Performing other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 2512050202181904922
