Job Summary: The professional will configure and operate flexographic printing machines, lead and train production teams, perform maintenance tasks, and coordinate activities to achieve targets. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance Minimum 6 months of experience in flexographic printing machine setup. * Responsibilities: * Adjust and operate flexographic printing machines with rotary units; * Direct and lead the work team; * Train Production Assistants on duties related to the position; * Support the maintenance team during corrective and preventive maintenance on the printing machine; * Identify and perform minor maintenance tasks on the machine (corrective and preventive); * Coordinate the team to meet process indicator targets; * Other departmental responsibilities: * Close manufacturing orders (OFs); * Feed and supply raw materials and supplies to machines; * Conduct and record in-process inspections; * Perform strapping and palletizing; * Identify and handle materials (raw materials, supplies, finished goods, and semi-finished goods); * Perform simple counts of plates and finished products; * Perform manual gluing, sorting, and rework; * Interpret manufacturing orders (OFs), drawings, and assembly instructions; * Perform and coordinate the team for cleaning the machine and workplace; * Monitor accurate recording of production data (quantities, downtime, scrap) to ensure compliance with specific performance indicators.
