Job Summary:
The Store Operator manages shelf space, restocks products, controls inventory, and serves customers, ensuring store satisfaction and organization.

**What We Expect From You:**
* Completed high school education.
* Prior experience as a restocker and/or cashier, and with the Linx system.
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
* Knowledge of replenishment and inventory management.
* Experience in customer service.
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
* Customer satisfaction orientation.
**A Typical Day for a Store Operator:**
* Manages shelf space, restocks and prices products across all store sales areas.
* Manages inventory, ensuring product accuracy through IRC, spot adjustments, usage and consumption tracking, stock marking, and internal stock transfers.
* Addresses visual stockouts on shelves.
* Manages overhead inventory, ensuring proper organization and replenishment while guaranteeing people's safety.
* When approached by a customer, applies SBOA (Smile, Good morning, Thank you, Goodbye), guiding the customer effectively.
* Delivers exceptional checkout service during periods of high customer traffic, and knows and follows front-counter procedures.
