Job Summary: Professional responsible for issuing transportation documents, monitoring drivers and cargo, and maintaining effective communication with customers and carriers. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer communication and problem resolution * Issue CTE (Electronic Freight Bill), ensuring all information is accurate and complies with current regulations; * Monitor drivers, tracking their activities, routes, and potential deviations, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; * Maintain frequent contact with customers, providing updates on pickup and delivery status, as well as resolving any issues or questions; * Issue manifests, completing all required records for cargo transportation in accordance with established procedures; * Manage carrier documentation, verifying its validity and up-to-date status, consistently ensuring compliance with legal requirements; * Support the carrier hiring process by conducting candidate research and analysis, participating in interviews, and assisting with evaluations; * Perform registrations and queries in risk management systems, updating information and ensuring data integrity. Requirements: * Completed High School education; Logistics or related field degree preferred; * Knowledge of CTE issuance, manifest issuance, and carrier document control; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively solve problems; * Familiarity with risk management systems will be considered a plus.
