Dynamic environment focused on customer service **Join the ROTA 98 Team!** *We seek dynamic, agile, and attentive professionals.* **Prerequisites:** · Completed high school; · Experience in preparing drinks and managing bar routines. **Responsibilities:** · Receive and process orders; · Prepare drinks and cocktails according to the menu, accommodating customer requests; · Deliver prepared drinks and cocktails to customers; · Prepare fruits for drinks and cocktails, as well as for decoration; · Monitor leftovers and losses to avoid waste; · Produce ice; · Manage inventory of beverages and fruits (quantity, storage, and expiration dates), reporting restocking needs to the responsible person; · Assist in defining new drinks and cocktails for the menu, per management request and with their approval; · Assist in inspecting refrigerators, freezers, and other equipment in the area; · Perform cleaning, sanitization, and organization of utensils, tableware, and work areas. **Work Schedule:** · Tuesday through Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM. **Benefits:** · Transportation allowance equivalent to the current fare; · Free on-site parking; · Meal voucher of R$ 21.00 per day; · Food allowance of R$ 84.00 per month; · Pharmacy benefits. · Night shift bonus of 20% after 10:00 PM; **Salary:** · R$ 1.828,00 / month.
