We are seeking an **Installation Manager** to oversee the operational management of **photovoltaic installations**, ensuring operational efficiency, technical quality, process standardization, and customer satisfaction. This is a strategic position involving direct collaboration with **internal and outsourced teams**, field construction supervision, and performance indicator management. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, control, and distribute materials to **outsourced delivery and installation teams**; * Monitor **field construction projects**, ensuring quality, technical compliance, and adherence to procedures; * Provide technical support to the **commercial team and outsourced partners**, preventing rework; * Participate in **technical site visits** with the commercial team, when necessary; * Manage **outsourced teams**, monitoring productivity, quality, cost, and performance indicators; * Develop and execute **action plans** for continuous improvement and deviation correction; * Conduct **on-site audits**, evaluating installation quality, workplace safety, and operational efficiency; * Ensure the **organization and operation of the operational warehouse**; * Monitor **unit performance indicators**; * Control and track **material inventory**; * Manage the **internal team of installation assistants**; * Serve as a reference for **best practices, standardization, and operational culture** in the region. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements** * Experience in **operations management**, preferably in **photovoltaic installations, electrical work, or construction**; * Experience managing **outsourced teams** and installation processes; * Knowledge of **operational KPIs** (timeliness, cost, quality, productivity); * Familiarity with **occupational safety**, **inventory control**, and **logistics**; * **Driver's License Category B** and willingness to travel. * **Leadership**, autonomy, and sound decision-making skills; * An **organized, analytical, and results-oriented** profile; * Strong **communication skills** and ability to collaborate across departments; * A **hands-on, resilient, and continuously improving** mindset. **Additional Information** ### **Benefits That Make a Difference:** * **Base salary + quarterly bonus.** * **Transportation allowance** via Ifood Mobilidade card. * **Meal allowance of R$25/day and Basic Food Basket of R$59.50** — also available via Ifood. * **Wellhub (formerly Gympass)** — take care of your health with access to gyms, wellness apps, and more. * **Exclusive discounts with partner institutions:** Cruzeiro do Sul, Braz Cubas, Language Schools, and Senac. * **SESC membership** — culture, leisure, and benefits beyond professional life. * **Work schedule Monday to Friday**, from 8 AM to 6 PM **Connect Your Purpose to the Energy of the Future** ### **Our Story** Founded in 1995 in Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, originally operating in the electrical engineering sector.
