Our commitment is to offer the market a wide variety of high-quality chemical products. **Responsibilities:** * Daily cleaning of kennels; * Sweeping and washing sidewalks, washing awnings; * Cleaning external drinking fountains; * Removing garbage from bins, cleaning the bins, and replacing bags; * Washing gates, grilles, and windows; * Cleaning (sweeping, washing) the floor of internal common areas (warehouses); * Replacing burnt-out light bulbs; * Garden maintenance (sweeping, collecting leaves, mowing grass); * Cleaning and maintaining internal and external gutters; * Organizing solid waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, cans, organic materials, etc.); * Painting and corrective maintenance services. * Effluent transfer (from the main collector to packaging for transportation (container)); * Other duties inherent to the position. **Salary:** 2\.087,80 **Benefits:** Food Allowance R$ 700.00 (per month) \- Meal Voucher R$ 30.00 (per business day) \- Life Insurance \- Transportation Voucher.
