The professional will be responsible for campaign planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring proper use of databases, process standardization, and generation of insights to optimize commercial and promotional results. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and execute audience segmentation strategies for CRM campaigns; Create, manage, and maintain segmented databases using tools such as SAP Emarsys; Develop and monitor promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with suppliers and internal departments; Conduct campaign and product performance analyses, including sell-out tracking via dashboards; Schedule and request email marketing dispatches, ensuring correct segmentation and adherence to timelines; Import and manage segmented databases in the CRM system (Cetelem), ensuring data integrity and reliability; Prepare standardized offer spreadsheets, including calculations of promotional mechanics; Monitor campaign results and support report preparation for suppliers and managers; Ensure process organization, standardization, and maintenance of historical records and documentation. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; Experience with CRM, customer segmentation, and digital marketing strategies (preferred); Knowledge of automation and segmentation tools (SAP Emarsys) and CRM systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills as a plus; Analytical capability to interpret data and performance metrics; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; Strong communication skills and ease of interaction with suppliers and internal teams; Experience with promotional campaigns and calendar management is desirable. #### **Benefits:** Family Health Assistance Network Comprehensive support for you and your loved ones—because well-being begins at home.
