If you identify with technology, innovation, and constant challenges, \#JoinAXIS! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Organize and maintain robot program revisions/backups; * Robot programming; * Technical drawing analysis and interpretation; * Implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions in the process; * Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes; * Root cause analysis; * Complete Engineering Records; * Monitor production processes and intervene when necessary; **Required Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields; or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics; * Prior experience in automotive industry companies; * Experience in process-related roles, especially with Yaskawa Motoman, ABB, and KUKA robots; * Technical Drawing Interpretation training; * Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding and other welding methods; * Experience in developing new projects; * Availability to work rotating shifts, primarily 2nd and 3rd shifts; * Willingness to work onsite in Curitiba/PR. **What we offer:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Free Parking * Pharmacy Benefit Plan (after probation period) * TotalPass (after probation period) * Day Off * Career Development Plan Salary: R$3\.982,72 \- R$6\.996,57 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Selection Questions: * Are you available to start immediately? * What is your expected salary? * Are you available for business travel?
