If you are a dynamic, proactive individual who wants to contribute to an institution that places human beings first, **join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the cooperative's administrative activities; * Assist in organizing documents and internal controls; * Provide support to teams and departments within the cooperative; * Learn organizational routines and cooperative member service; * Participate in training sessions and learning program activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be between **14 and 24 years old** (per the Apprenticeship Law); * Be **currently enrolled in or have completed high school**; * Be available to fulfill the program's working hours; * Interest in learning and professional development. * Good communication skills; * Organization and responsibility; * Willingness to grow and learn as part of a team. **Additional Information** We offer a benefits package designed to value our employees' well-being, development, and quality of life: * Salary: R$966.15 * Meal Allowance and Food Voucher (totaling R$560.00); * Birthday day off; * Health and wellness platform (Gympass, TotalPass, and StarBem); * Corporate University; * Transportation Voucher (4% deduction).
