Job Summary: Professional responsible for distributing and monitoring service orders, providing support to the workshop team and administrative assistance to management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring deadline compliance and customer satisfaction **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00, 13:12–18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Distribute service orders for workshop execution; Assign services according to the department responsible for execution; Provide support to workshop staff; Monitor service execution, ensuring deadline compliance and customer satisfaction; Control and record completed services for commission calculation with area management; Provide daily administrative support to management, including routine operational information; **Requirements:** Completed High School; Strong interpersonal skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Proactivity; Focus and resilience; Experience in after-sales operations at a dealership is considered a plus; **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Parking, Private pension plan, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation allowance
