Job Summary:
The Procurement Supervisor oversees the procurement team, develops strategies, manages inventory and suppliers, and handles performance metrics and cost reduction.

**Responsibilities of the Procurement Supervisor:**
* Supervise direct and indirect procurement teams, production planning and control, and materials teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and established deadlines.
* Develop, implement, and monitor procurement and negotiation strategies aimed at cost reduction, quality improvement, and lead time optimization.
* Manage inventory levels appropriately to meet sales demand while optimizing the company’s cash flow.
* Lead supplier qualification processes, ensuring quality, sustainability, and compliance.
* Manage existing suppliers based on metrics aligned with the company’s strategy.
* Support the management of departmental performance indicators (KPIs) and report results, including cost reduction program management.
* Focus on procurement planning, contributing demand forecasts and analyses in alignment with planning and production departments.
* Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and regulations.
* Utilize ERP systems for purchase order, contract, and master data management.
* Collaborate closely with departments such as Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
* Monitor market trends, foreign exchange fluctuations, supply risks, and innovation opportunities.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* **Experience** in procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain management.
* Proficiency in **negotiating with national and international suppliers**.
* Advanced **Excel** and familiarity with analytical tools.
* Advanced or fluent **English**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
