Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Driving Instructor to deliver theoretical and practical training, evaluate performance, and promote road safety. Key Highlights: 1. DRIVING INSTRUCTOR We are looking for a committed, responsible, and people-development-oriented professional to join our team! Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license category D or E; * Experience as a professional driver; * Knowledge of traffic legislation and defensive driving; * Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and ease in delivering training; * Flexible availability. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver theoretical and practical training to drivers; * Conduct onboarding of new employees; * Evaluate drivers' operational performance; * Provide guidance on defensive driving, traffic legislation, and internal procedures; * Accompany drivers in the field to identify improvement opportunities; * Promote initiatives focused on safety, quality, and incident reduction.
