Job Summary: We are seeking a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills to provide IT support, manage IT infrastructure, develop integrations and databases, and participate in Microsoft 365 and Azure projects. Training for users and technical teams We are looking for a candidate passionate about data, with analytical vision and enthusiasm to join one of Curitiba's leading public transportation companies! **Salary:** Salary expectations will be considered; final offer depends on technical knowledge \+ experience! * ️**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, fully on-site. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance R$ (899.30\); * On-site meals; * Free Transportation Benefit; * Group Life Insurance at no cost; * Annual Bonus (2% per year); * Day Off; * Referral Bonus; * Christmas Basket; * SEST/SENAT partnerships; * One free consultation or examination per month through the union; * Tuition Assistance (after 1 year of experience). **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Required: Programming/development experience and Microsoft SQL Server expertise. **Your Responsibilities:** * IT helpdesk support and administration of IT infrastructure (computers, networks, Wi\-Fi, telephony, CCTV, time clocks, and printers). * Administration of Windows environments (8, 10, 11, and Server), backups, antivirus, corporate software, ticketing tools, and Corporate Cloud. * Development and maintenance of integrations and databases (SQL Server, ETL, and reporting), including automation, scripts (Python), APIs, and AI implementation. * Building and migrating dashboards (Qlik Sense * Power BI) and automating data processes, including ERP integrations. * Participation in Microsoft 365 and Azure projects, focusing on governance, security, access control, and permissions. * Training for users and technical teams, collaborating with the IT Manager to prioritize initiatives and define standards. * **You’ll stand out if you have experience with:** * SQL, ETL, Power BI; * MySQL or PostgreSQL; * Python; * ERP integration; * REST/SOAP APIs; * Microsoft 365 and Azure; * Microsoft certifications Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Computer Science, Bachelor’s Degree * Information Technology, Bachelor’s Degree * Day OFF * Transportation Benefit (VT) * On-site meals * Tuition Assistance * Christmas Basket * Life Insurance * SEST/SENAT partnership * Referral Bonus * Meal Allowance (VA)
