Developing KPIs and executive reports **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Experience in Controllership, Financial Planning, Cost Management, or related areas; Knowledge of financial KPIs, budgeting, cost management, and P&L statement construction; Experience analyzing and processing data to generate managerial information; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools; SQL knowledge is considered a plus; Experience with the Tasy system is considered a plus; Experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, health insurance providers, consulting firms, or service-providing companies) is considered a plus. **Responsibilities:** Act as a Business Partner for business areas, supporting decision-making through managerial analysis; Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from corporate systems; Develop managerial KPIs, reports, and executive presentations; Conduct budget, cost, P&L, and financial KPI analyses; Identify variances and support defining improvement actions; Transform data into strategic information to support business areas; Support the development and monitoring of Controllership KPIs; Indirectly participate in the development and monitoring of the budget; Support analyses related to Legal Department requests; Maintain constant interface with various company departments.
