Company migrating to a modern ERP system with AI integration **PRODUCTION MANAGER — ASER INOX | Curitiba/PR** ASER INOX is an industrial manufacturer of stainless steel tables based in Curitiba/PR and a market leader on Mercado Livre. We are growing and seeking a Production Manager to structure our PCP, lead the factory team, and implement processes that elevate our operations to the next level. If you enjoy BUILDING processes from scratch, getting hands-on, and seeing real results on the factory floor, this role is for you. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** **PCP (Production Planning and Control):** Plan daily production based on demand (ABC Curve); define production mix, sequence production orders, and monitor execution. **Production Management:** Oversee all departments: Laser → Bending → Assembly → Welding → Finishing → Packaging. Ensure quality and productivity. **Shipping & Logistics:** Supervise order verification, labeling, and Mercado Livre pickup. Ensure flawless dispatch. **Inventory Management:** Coordinate raw material inventory with the Purchasing Department; define minimum stock levels and prevent material shortages. **People Management:** Lead the production team alongside the shift supervisor; train, supervise, and develop team members. **Process Implementation:** Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department; define policies and routines. **WHAT WE EXPECT:** Experience in PCP and production management within an industrial setting (metalworking, furniture manufacturing, or similar) Prior experience implementing production processes or SOPs at a company Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Nomus, Odoo, TOTVS, SAP, or similar) Experience managing teams (minimum of 5 people) Hands-on profile: not confined to the office—regularly present on the factory floor Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Experience with e-commerce or Mercado Livre (marketplace logistics) Familiarity with Odoo ERP Experience in production cost and margin analysis Prior work in small-to-medium enterprises undergoing structural development **WHAT WE OFFER:** Salary: Negotiable (CLT) Fuel allowance On-site meals (factory) Meal voucher (VA) Health insurance A REAL growth opportunity: you will build the department from scratch Company in the process of migrating to a modern ERP (Odoo) with AI integration **LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** On-site — Estrada Delegado Bruno de Almeida, 4666 — Campo de Santana, Curitiba/PR Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Interested?
