Team support and monitoring of departmental routines **EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – HOME CARE SHIFT SCHEDULER** **We are looking for an organized, agile, and communicative professional to join our team as a Home Care Shift Scheduler!** **Job Details:** **12x36 Shift Schedule** **Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM** **1-hour break** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Developing and monitoring caregiver shift schedules;** * **Creating surveys;** * **Contacting caregivers to align on patients' clinical status;** * **Covering absences and reassigning shifts;** * **Daily communication with staff, patients, and family members;** * **Managing operational demands;** * **Team support and monitoring of departmental routines.** **Requirements:** * **Experience with shift scheduling and operational routines;** * **Strong communication and writing skills;** * **Clear diction and interpersonal skills;** * **Organized, focused, and proactive profile;** * **Flexible availability;** * **Preferred: Experience in Home Care.** **Benefits:** **✔ Salary: R$ 1\.984,00** **✔ Meal Allowance: R$ 737,24** **✔ Transportation Allowance** **✔ Professional growth opportunity** **We seek leadership-oriented and committed professionals.
