Job Summary: The Construction Assistant helps organize the construction site, transport materials, assemble structures, support professionals, and maintain tools, all while adhering to safety regulations. Careful maintenance of tools and equipment **Preparation of the Worksite:** Assist in cleaning and organizing the construction site by removing debris, unnecessary materials, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient environment. **Transportation of Materials:** Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to appropriate locations within the construction site, following instructions from site supervisors. **Assistance in Assembly and Disassembly:** Help assemble and disassemble scaffolding, temporary structures, and other elements required for construction activities. **Support for Specialized Professionals:** Collaborate with masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other construction professionals by providing assistance and materials as needed. **Maintenance of Tools and Equipment:** Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment used on the construction site, reporting any damage or need for repair. **Assistance in Performing Various Tasks:** Carry out simple and varied tasks as directed by supervisors, such as mixing concrete, loading and unloading trucks, and other civil construction-related activities. **Compliance with Safety Regulations:** Strictly follow established safety regulations for construction site work, using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and contributing to accident prevention.
