Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and develop graphic assets, campaigns, and content. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of graphic assets for social media and group brands. 2. Participation in the development of campaigns and institutional materials. 3. Support in content capture and editing for photo and video. **Contract Model:** Freelance (PJ) We are looking for a creative, organized, and strategically minded Graphic Designer to join Baggio’s marketing team. The role involves creating graphic assets for Baggio’s social media channels and group brands such as Ciao Raga, participating in campaign development and execution, producing institutional materials, and supporting photo and video content capture and editing. A refined aesthetic sense, agility, and willingness to get hands-on are essential—transforming ideas into consistent visual assets, with ease in working within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Freelance services are typically provided Monday through Friday, with an approximate commitment of 40 hours per week. **Technical Requirements** * Completed or ongoing degree in Graphic Design; * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Capcut, and Canva; * Experience creating social media graphics; * Knowledge of typography, composition, visual identity, and branding; * Familiarity with social media video editing. **Profile** * Creativity and refined aesthetic sense; * Organization and strong time management; * Attention to detail; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Ability to receive feedback and continuously improve.
