Responsibilities * Conduct customer training sessions on company products; * Develop user manuals and propose solutions for usage improvements; * Implement call center management systems (remotely or on-site) integrated with IP-PBX (Asterisk) or Analog/Digital PABX from Siemens/Panasonic; * Act as a liaison between customers, maintainers, and the development team; * Analyze system logs (Clarity, Omnyve, Windows, and Linux), identify errors, and propose solutions; * Perform database interventions and validate business rules; * Participate in meetings with clients and the sales team; * Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux) and Khomp boards; * Provide support via phone, e\-mail, chat, WhatsApp, and remote access; * Configure networks, Windows folder permissions, and detect infrastructure anomalies. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in IT; * Experience in customer support/service; * Knowledge of Asterisk and telephony (PABX, extensions, carriers); * Proficiency in Windows and Linux (servers and desktops); * Understanding of networking and remote access tools (TeamViewer, TS, etc.); * Availability for travel; * Proactive, communicative, and resilient profile.
