Job Summary:
Professional responsible for managing relationships with entities, coordinating administrative and logistical processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical support to TV retransmitters.

* Manage relationships with municipal governments, companies, foundations, government agencies, churches, and suppliers to maintain active channels and enable installation of new retransmission channels;
* Conduct administrative processes for installation and maintenance of TV channels, including contact with technicians, service providers, suppliers, transport companies, and property owners;
* Provide emergency, preventive, corrective, and predictive technical support for RTVs, preparing reports, inspection records, and equipment operation verification;
* Monitor and organize physical infrastructure maintenance for shelters and towers (weeding, pest control, lighting, air conditioning, renovations, and electrical safety);
* Ensure documentary compliance of retransmitters with regulatory bodies (Ministry of Communications and Anatel), maintaining updated physical and digital files for inspections;
* Register, control, and update legal data of retransmitters in the internal system (Genesis) and control spreadsheets. Update various requests on the Intranet;
* Manage procurement workflows related to RTVs: initiating purchase requests, issuing and reviewing purchase orders, registering suppliers, verifying invoices, and tracking payment deadlines;
* Plan and coordinate logistical processes for shipping and receiving equipment, parts, and asset plaques via transport companies, postal services, or dedicated pickups, ensuring asset control;
* Perform data analysis and managerial reporting, identifying inconsistencies, resolving discrepancies, and providing decision-support information to management;
* Support the Projects department in organizing, sending, and archiving licenses, technical documents, and reports related to shelters and retransmitters. Draft institutional communications regarding TV channel failures or interruptions, informing employees, viewers, and relevant departments, and monitoring restoration of transmissions;
* Provide proactive and responsive telephone support to technicians, suppliers, partners, associates, directors, and viewers, clarifying doubts and guiding procedures;
* Support asset management of RTVs, ensuring correct identification and registration of equipment, with photographic records and reports submitted to the Asset Management department;
* Work in compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and occupational health and safety procedures;
* Promote team integration initiatives to strengthen organizational climate;
* Support Engineering’s contract management by drafting lease, maintenance, and addendum agreements; reviewing and verifying information; forwarding for parties’ signatures; and monitoring the entire process until final formalization;
* Responsible for scheduling various payments, contract adjustments, and renewals.
