Job Summary: A professional to assist in the production of breads and pastries, preparing doughs, operating equipment, and organizing the bakery department. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the production of breads and various doughs for the bakery. 2. Operate machinery and equipment, and monitor inventory and expiration dates. 3. Perform cleaning and organization of the department, including cold rooms and ovens. Assist in bread production, preparing and baking doughs to supply the store's bakery; prepare ingredient mixtures and apply necessary treatment to dough, shape it and arrange it in pans for baking; place ready-to-bake products into the oven; slice cold cuts for use in display-case sales items; retrieve and transport products from cold rooms; organize and clean cold rooms; Clean ovens; operate department machinery and equipment; conduct inventory counts for stocktaking; fry products in the deep fryer; Clean and change oil in the deep fryer; prepare fillings for pastries; inform supervisor and team leader when identifying the need to request raw materials; retrieve raw materials from the warehouse; monitor expiration dates of opened products within the department; complete all products, making them ready for consumption and sale.
