Preparation of technical and photographic reports **SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSPERSON \- SANTA CASA HOSPITAL** Position also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) **Work Location:** Praça Rui Barbosa, 694 \- Centro, Curitiba \- PR, 80010\-030 **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop projects, * Conduct feasibility studies, * Conduct site implementation studies, * Prepare needs assessment programs, * Develop legal compliance projects, * Develop architectural projects, * Develop and estimate carpentry projects, * Quantify furniture for feasibility studies, * Purchase architectural furniture, * Request maintenance services, * Request IT services; * Deliver and present projects, * Conduct architectural surveys, * Supervise construction sites, * Prepare technical and photographic reports, * Forward invoices and purchase orders via internal mail, * Request office supplies; * Monitor delivery of furniture requested by the department, * Monitor construction project deliveries. **Mandatory Requirements (disqualification applies if not met):** Completed high school education (proof required); Full vaccination schedule (proof required \- COVID-19, MMR, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus, Hepatitis B); Hospital experience is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Salary:** Category base salary **We Offer:** Meal Voucher; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Transportation Voucher; Brazil Agreements Card; Pharmacy Discount Program; University Partnership Program; \+Gympass; Maternity Kit / Gestar Bem Program; Daycare Assistance (for mothers); Birthday Leave (Day off).
