Job Summary: Work on process improvement projects, from defining the future state vision through to implementation and monitoring, including process modeling, opportunity identification, and action plan development. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with process mapping, modeling, and redesign. 2. End-to-end involvement in process improvement projects. 3. Facilitation of workshops and productivity and automation studies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related fields; * Mid-level Process Analyst experience, including process mapping, modeling, and redesign, continuous improvement, and performance management; * Proven experience in Process Improvement projects, applying relevant methodologies; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Bizagi software; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs); * Project management experience; * Preferred: experience in process mapping within Finance, Maintenance, and Logistics areas. Responsibilities: * Work on process improvement projects, from defining the future state vision through to implementation and monitoring; * BPMN process modeling, opportunity and gap identification, and action plan development; * Develop and implement project management methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; * Facilitate workshops and productivity, improvement, and automation studies; * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making; * Monitor performance indicators and establish internal controls to optimize processes; * Support organizational change management and team capability building; * Analyze data for activity volume and time studies, assessing automation opportunities; * Draft process specifications, procedures, and other supporting documentation.
