Job Summary: Senior Controller and Cost Analyst responsible for profitability and feasibility analyses, income statement (DRE) analysis, and implementation of improvements and performance indicators. Flexible weekly schedule of 22 hours. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze commercial area profitability; * Assess feasibility of new products/projects; * Perform DRE, trial balance, and managerial indicator analyses; * Propose and implement new indicators; * Implement improvements in product pricing and manufacturing costs; * Reduce overall costs, both in production and other factory departments; * Support implementation of ERP-based cost reduction projects; * Achieve targets outlined in the Annual Budget Plan. Requirements: **Essential** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in controller and cost management roles; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of applied taxation; * Personal vehicle for commuting to the office. **Preferred** * Postgraduate degree in Financial Management, Finance Technology, Controllership, or related fields; * Experience in industrial sector companies.
