Simple Care is a company that provides digital health solutions, focusing on facilitating access to healthcare services through innovative technology. **Responsibilities:** Strategically procure medicines, hospital materials, and supplies to secure optimal commercial terms, maintain inventory control, and ensure regulatory compliance—directly contributing to the company's sustainability and growth. Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of medicines and hospital materials. Place orders to secure optimal delivery timelines, pricing, and commercial terms. Develop and qualify new suppliers. Monitor inventory levels, product expiration dates, and stock turnover. Control COGS, margins, and procurement KPIs. Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations and sanitary requirements. Support inventory counts and audits. Issue and track purchase orders via ERP system. Prepare managerial performance reports. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
