Job Summary: We are seeking a Toolmaker III to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection and blow molds, operate machine tools, and manufacture components. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance on injection and blow molds 2. Operation of mechanical lathes, milling machines, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) 3. Manufacturing and repair of components for molds and fixtures We are looking for a Toolmaker III to work the 2nd shift at a plastic manufacturing company located in Colombo\-PR. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection and blow molds, as well as components of assembly fixtures, welding equipment, part manipulators, and general machinery. * Assemble and disassemble injection and blow molds. * Preventive and corrective maintenance: cleaning, inspection, and repairs of hot runners, cooling systems, plates, pins, cavities, feeding, and ejection systems; * Polishing of cavities and cores; * General adjustments; * Operation of mechanical lathes, milling machines, and electrical discharge machining (EDM); * Manufacturing of components for mold and fixture repair; * Elimination of wear-related flash; * Welding of damaged components; * Recording and tracking of maintenance activities; **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Technical training in Turning, Fitting, or Toolmaking; * Knowledge of machine tool operation; * Knowledge of welding and polishing; * Minimum 5 years of experience in the field. **Salary: To be negotiated** **Work Location: Colombo \-PR** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 2:55 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturdays, 12:18 PM to 4:40 PM \- Availability for occasional Sundays Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
