If you have a commercial profile, enjoy working in the field, and seek performance-based earnings, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active external customer prospecting * Serve and develop a customer portfolio * Present and negotiate solutions for trucks, vans, and consortia * Carry out commercial visits and lead follow-up * Maintain and keep the CRM updated * Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure deal closure * Participate in events and commercial activities as required **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education is a plus) * Experience in external sales * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Personal vehicle and valid Category B driver's license * Availability for travel and external visits * CRM knowledge is a plus **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary of R$ 3.000,00 * Variable commission (high earning potential) * Health and dental insurance * Expense allowance (fuel + daily allowance) * Bonus for goal achievement (monthly and semiannual) * Performance-based incentives **Employment Model:** * Individual Contractor (PJ) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Availability for events outside regular business hours Job Type: Freelance / PJ Payment: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have proven experience in external sales (door-to-door or commercial visits)? * Do you own a vehicle and hold a valid Category B driver's license? * Are you available for frequent travel and external visits?
