Analysis of information environments and proposal of solutions We are looking for a **Senior Systems Analyst**, passionate about technology and development, who wants to strategically contribute to the evolution of our internal systems and processes! ️ **Your responsibilities as a Senior Systems Analyst:** * Perform corrections, maintenance, and continuous improvements on existing systems; * Develop and implement new systems according to business needs; * Gather requirements in collaboration with client departments; * Analyze information environments and propose appropriate technological solutions; * Identify user needs and map data sources; * Document processes, solutions, system performance, and architecture; * Create diagrams, data flows, system maps, and technical manuals; * Support resolution of requests by assessing risks and ensuring delivery quality; * Conduct tests, validations, and post-implementation monitoring; * Adjust systems according to departmental changes and evolution; * Perform development on the **FLUIG (TOTVS)** platform, as well as web and app development. ️ **Requirements to become a Senior Systems Analyst:**• Bachelor’s degree completed in **Information Technology or related fields**; * 1–3 years of experience in systems development; * Proficiency in **JavaScript, CSS, and Python**; * Experience developing on the **FLUIG (TOTVS)** platform; * Experience in web and application development; * Knowledge of **ADVPL (Protheus)** is desirable; ️ **Compensation and benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3500.00 * Dental Plan * Telemedicine * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Group Life Insurance * Gympass (WellHub) * Birthday Day Off * **Education support:** educational partnerships * **Leader Training:** Internal Development Program * Discount Club ️ **Working hours and location:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) \- 8:17 AM (Friday) * Shopping Bela Vista \- Salvador/BA ️ **What we expect from you:** An analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented profile, capable of easily understanding business needs and translating them into efficient technological solutions.
