Position based in Feira de Santana / BA. Lead end-to-end technology recruitment. Perform active candidate sourcing and build qualified pipelines for various Latin American countries. Conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring cultural and technical fit. Maintain close relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting in a consultative capacity. Populate and manage data in the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring data quality. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and propose improvements to recruitment processes. Contribute to strengthening the employer brand across the LATAM region.
