End-to-end sales process tracking **Job Description:** We are seeking a Commercial Attendant to provide customer service and relationship management, conduct sales, and offer solutions in internet, security camera, and streaming services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Make and receive calls to sell internet plans, security cameras, and streaming services via phone and WhatsApp; * Offer new services to existing customers (plan upgrades, streaming add-ons, internet speed increases, and security cameras); * Perform customer upgrades; * Handle customer requests for address changes; * Clarify commercial-related customer inquiries; * Track the sales process from start to finish (sale, contract signing, and installation); * Perform general commercial activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service; * Experience in the internet service provider industry; * Proficiency with systems and computer applications. **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable; * Commission based on achieved targets; * Meal allowance: R$ 25.00/day; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Gympass.
