




The Technical Draftsperson will work on the development of civil construction projects, using AutoCAD and other technical drawing tools. They will be responsible for preparing floor plans, technical details, environmental modeling, and implementing project modifications according to the requirements of engineers and architects. This role requires attention to detail, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Project Drawing:** * Create and modify detailed technical drawings for civil construction, including floor plans, sections, elevations, hydraulic and electrical installations, among others. * Develop projects in accordance with specifications provided by engineers and architects. * Detail structural and construction components, including foundations, masonry, slabs, beams, etc. **2D and 3D Model Development:** * Create three-dimensional models of structures and environments using AutoCAD, facilitating project visualization and interference analysis. * Use advanced AutoCAD features to develop and adjust 2D and 3D representations of buildings. **Construction Site Support:** * Assist in developing and reviewing execution projects during construction. * Conduct technical site visits to verify project compliance with construction progress and propose adjustments when necessary. **Technical Documentation Update and Management:** * Organize, archive, and keep up-to-date the database of drawings and technical documents, ensuring all project versions are accessible to the team. * Maintain control over project revisions and changes made throughout the project development process. **Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** * Work closely with engineers, architects, and other civil construction professionals to ensure the technical feasibility of projects. * Participate in technical meetings to discuss project details and suggest improvements. **Compliance with Technical Standards:** * Adhere to technical safety and construction standards, including local design specifications and current legislation, ensuring all projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
