Description
**Job Objective**
Execute and control all personnel administration routines, ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation, including payroll processing and analysis, social charges, ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, EFD\-Reinf, PERDCOMP), hiring, terminations, vacation approvals, and support for employees and regulatory agencies.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Personnel Administration**
* Process and verify monthly payroll, vacation pay, 13th salary, Profit Sharing (PLR), and salary advances.
* Draft employment contracts, addendums, and other labor-related documents.
* Calculate vacation entitlements, termination settlements, and support approval processes.
* Manage electronic timekeeping, hour banks, overtime, allowances, and work schedules.
**Social Charges and Taxes**
* Calculate, verify, and remit:
* INSS
* FGTS
* IRRF
* PIS on payroll
* Government Payroll-Deducted Loans
* Union and assistance contributions
* Issue and verify payment slips via DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital.
* Perform offsets and installment arrangements with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and Caixa Econômica Federal.
**Ancillary Obligations**
* Submit and monitor eSocial events (S\-2200, S\-2299, S\-1200, S\-1210, among others).
* Generate and validate DCTFWeb.
* Manage obligations in FGTS Digital.
* Monitor status in DET.
* Issue income statements and historical DIRF, when required.
**Labor and Union Relations**
* Apply collective bargaining agreements and conventions.
* Respond to inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).
* Track union contributions and obligations.
* Serve as legal representative (preposto) before Labor Courts and related bodies.
**Support and Employee Services**
* Provide employee support regarding payslips, vacations, benefits, and applicable legislation.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Prepare managerial reports and departmental performance indicators.
**Labor Compliance**
* Ensure adherence to the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), social security regulations, and internal policies.
* Maintain confidentiality of salary information and personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
**4\. Job Requirements**
**Academic Qualifications**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Labor and social security legislation.
* Payroll and social charge calculations.
* eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital.
* Payroll systems (e.g., TOTVS Protheus, Senior Sistemas, RM Labore, ADP, or similar).
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
**Experience**
* Proven experience (minimum 2 years for Junior, 3 years for Pleno, and 5 years for Senior) in Human Resources Department roles, including full payroll closing.
**5\. Desirable Differentiators**
* Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Law, or related fields.
* Certifications in eSocial and labor legislation.
* Experience in audits and system implementation.
* Experience in companies with large employee populations and multiple unions.
