Description

Job Summary: Lead and develop cybersecurity teams, ensuring the implementation and continuous improvement of security frameworks, as well as risk and incident management. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in cybersecurity and AppSec, CloudSecurity, and SecOps teams 2. Practical experience with SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, Zero Trust, and DLP 3. Implementation experience with ISO 27001, PCI, CIS Controls, LGPD, and Bacen Responsibilities and Duties: Support the review of security framework implementations based on CIS Controls and ISO 27001; Lead and develop AppSec, CloudSecurity, and SecOps teams, fostering a security culture among leadership, product, data, legal, and compliance teams; Lead the current SOC, ensuring continuous monitoring and service improvement, threat intelligence, and threat hunting; Coordinate incident response, including investigation, containment, communication, and lessons learned; Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and system hardening processes; Ensure review of implementations for controls related to IAM, Zero Trust, encryption, DLP, EDR/XDR, WAF, and SIEM; Support awareness and adoption of security-by-design practices; Feed back into risk management processes using threat intelligence, incident data, and emerging technologies to strengthen information security governance; Lead risk visibility, escalations, and mitigation planning, with negotiation capability toward process owners and associated departments. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; Proven leadership experience in cybersecurity roles (e.g., manager, team lead, coordinator, or head); Practical experience implementing SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, Zero Trust, DLP, and penetration testing; Experience securing digital products, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines; Practical knowledge of standards and regulations (ISO 27001, PCI, CIS Controls, LGPD, Bacen); Desirable certifications: CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.
