Be part of the change! We are seeking an IT Specialist to work in Salvador\-BA. Responsibilities and Duties This professional will daily: * Engage with clients and lead IT solution development projects; * Develop use cases, UML diagrams, and requirements documentation; * Plan schedules using MS Project, map processes in Bizagi, and use Trello/Jira; * Develop applications in Java/C\#, client/server architectures, and REST APIs; * Configure pipelines, simulate Kubernetes deployments, and manage version control with Git; * Facilitate agile sprints, apply PMBOK/CMMI, and perform function point counting. Requirements and Qualifications Please note that you must have: * Completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree in IT; * Solid experience in project management and development; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Project Management Institute certification, Professional Scrum Master certification, Function Point Specialist (CFPS) certification, or BPM (Business Process Management) certification. * 2512280202491937171
