Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas, sanitizing furniture and equipment, and performing operational routines to ensure organization and hygiene of the premises. Execution of operational and agricultural routines **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 Hours Per Week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Willingness to work on farms located within a radius of 60 km to 100 km from Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA.** * Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including offices, restrooms, dining areas, meeting rooms, and circulation zones. * Sanitize furniture, equipment, surfaces, and commonly used objects. * Perform general cleaning of accommodations, courtyards, and other facilities at headquarters to ensure their maintenance and hygiene. * Carry out weeding, root and stone collection, and other operational routines as requested. * Collect, sanitize, decontaminate, dry, and store Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used in agricultural activities. * Keep cleaning supplies and daily-use utensils organized and adequately stocked. * Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials in compliance with environmental regulations. * Support cleaning efforts for internal events or specific activities as needed. * Follow instructions regarding appropriate products, equipment, and methods for each type of surface. * Observe and report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards in assigned areas. * Collaborate with the team to maintain organization and safety of environments. * Assist in inventory control of supplies. * Adhere to safety regulations, using PPE when required, with a focus on accident prevention. * Perform other related duties as directed by immediate leadership. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in agricultural activities; * Knowledge of maintenance and conservation of agricultural equipment and tools; * Willingness to perform other job-related tasks. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Medical Assistance, Mobility Allowance, Birthday Day Off, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), On-site Meals, Life Insurance
