Technical course in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. * **Inventory Accuracy (quantitative)** **What it measures:** Difference between physical inventory and system-recorded inventory. * **Internal Request Fulfillment Time** **What it measures:** Average time between a department’s material request and warehouse delivery. **Objective:** Ensure prompt fulfillment. * **Warehouse Organization and Maintenance** **What it measures:** Level of departmental organization, based on internal audit checklists. * **Compliance with Procedures and System Records** **What it measures:** Percentage of correctly executed transactions (inbound/outbound entries recorded in the system without errors or omissions). * **Participation in Training and Development Programs** **What it measures:** Intern’s engagement in their own professional development. * **Material Picking Rework Rate** **What it measures:** Number of orders requiring rework due to picking errors (wrong item, incorrect quantity, inadequate packaging). * **Proactive Improvement Initiatives** **What it measures:** Improvement suggestions submitted by the intern related to organization, processes, or material usage. **How it is measured:** + Number of relevant suggestions during the period (monthly/semester) and how many were implemented. * Receive and inspect materials and products delivered by suppliers * Store materials in an organized and safe manner * Monitor material inflows and outflows in inventory * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy * Pick and package materials for internal distribution * Fulfill material requests from various company departments * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse * Use computerized systems to record material inflows and outflows * Assist in monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels for each item * Participate in training and development programs related to warehouse operations
