




Job Summary: Professional responsible for comprehensive financial and administrative management, team leadership, and strategic support to the executive board. Key Highlights: 1. Cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations 2. Leadership of administrative and finance teams 3. Strategic support to the executive board through financial analysis **Main Responsibilities:** * Cash flow and working capital management. * Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Execution of bank reconciliations. * Financial planning and performance analysis (Income Statement). * Cost and expense control. * Structuring and standardization of administrative processes. * Contract, supplier, and administrative routine management. * Leadership of the administrative and finance team. * Definition of goals, KPIs, and performance monitoring. * Implementation of financial controls and KPIs. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. * Strategic support to the executive board through financial reports and analyses. * Identification of opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience in administrative and financial management. * Experience leading teams. * Experience in companies with multiple units (preferred). **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Independent Contractor (PJ). * Remuneration: R$ 14\.000,00 * Working Hours: To be determined Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
