Job Summary: Work in the technical area, managing maintenance and civil construction processes, developing projects, guiding teams, proposing investments, and monitoring construction projects. Team and construction contract management Work in the technical area, establishing the processes and procedures required to execute and fulfill action plans defined by the strategic level; managing, controlling, and administering maintenance and civil construction processes through project development and planning, guidance to subordinate teams, and provision of necessary resources; proposing and/or studying new investments through preliminary studies and construction inventories; monitoring progress of construction projects under one's responsibility; managing contracts related to construction projects under one's responsibility, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** Establish the processes and procedures required to execute and fulfill action plans defined by the strategic level; Manage high- and medium-complexity projects, activities, and teams, and be accountable for results achieved within one's area of responsibility; Manage, control, and administer maintenance and civil construction processes through project development and planning, guidance to subordinate teams, and provision of necessary resources; Develop and manage projects, coordinating and explaining tasks to subordinate teams, aiming to comply with technical standards; Propose and/or study new investments through preliminary studies and construction inventories; respond for environmental preservation actions and compliance with applicable legislation, through consultation and engagement with governmental agencies; Monitor progress of construction projects under one's responsibility, ensuring adherence to cost and schedule targets; Manage contracts related to construction projects under one's responsibility. Report to and keep senior management updated on the status of area projects and construction works; Manage teams and contractors involved in construction projects; Manage and supervise executed contracts, monitoring quality delivery indicators and reports to ensure compliance with agreed timelines and quality; Supervise on-site work execution, monitoring processes and supporting other colleagues to enhance agility and excellence in work; Plan engineering for projects using professional tools and delegate responsibilities to other colleagues, aiming for sound work structuring; Coordinate operations and maintenance, budgeting, and evaluation of service contracting; Control quality of procured supplies and services through appropriate tools, preparing technical reports to support potential improvements; Be responsible for developing technical standards and documentation for administrative purposes; Supervise outsourced companies' work to ensure standardized operational quality; Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities.
